ADHD Zine

With a recent ADHD diagnosis, I was interested in learning more information on the disorder and how I could share my findings with others. The zine covers some important educational information about living with ADHD, giving a vocabulary and definitions for better understanding of the topic.

I also chose to give insight as to how the disorder affects me and my creative process personally, as testimonials for living with ADHD help to break the stigma and better other’s understanding of how the disorder affects individuals.
